Websites

Starting Your Website
Before we can begin your project you need to prepare the necessary files and information for me to accurately put together a design concept. These would usually include the following:

• Business name and related logo files (PDF, AI, EPS or  transparent PNG accepted)
• Colour scheme
• Brief business description

Once you choose a design concept you will need the following in order for your project to progress:

• Any product images, related images or graphics
• A list of main menu pages and their subpages
• Content to fill the pages above. You may also include brief business introduction, about us information and contact/business details.

I will advise you if I require any further information or details.

Turn Around Time
Approx. 2 -4 weeks depending on the client and project at hand. Some clients need extra time to decide on a design direction. I don't apply a time limit on my projects.

Payments
Invoices will be issued before any artwork or website designs are released and can be paid by direct deposit.

Hosting & Account Activation*
All website accounts require their hosting account with Wise Phoenix to be activated before projects can be completed. Hosting payments can be made by most major credit cards and are charged monthly through your website account.

Please Note: As my website solutions are a design and hosting solution in one, I do not provide website designs to be hosted by other companies. I can however provide artwork for your existing website such as banners or buttons.

* Hosting - Wise Phoenix has a licenced hosting & sitebuilding system from Texas, US and is therefore hosting is charged in USD. This brilliant system is allows you, as the website account holder, to do so much more with your site than your average hosting provider. The charges will appear on your statement as SITEBUILDERBILLING.COM and depending on your bank there may be a small conversion fee for account holders outside of the US.
